Postage information

* Nextday delivery is available for all domestic plain orders taken & paid for before 15:00 Monday to Friday (excepting Bank Holidays) when 'Express', or 'Before 10 am', delivery is selected. All other orders will be delivered as per the selected service.
During busy periods, The Clever Baggers may at their discretion upgrade a delivery method in order to achieve the required delivery timescale.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note the following last order dates:

For printed or personalised goods, place orders by 1st December for International delivery or 12th December for UK delivery

For plain goods, place orders by 14th December for International delivery, 15th December for non-Express UK delivery, and by 3pm on 19th December for UK Express delivery

These dates are based on information provided by our couriers. Plain orders must be placed by these deadlines for delivery this year. General Postage Information:

All possible postage options are shown here. When you place your order, the weight of the goods and the place of delivery will determine the options you are offered.

Where a delivery date is quoted, this is intended only as a guide and although quoted in good faith, The Clever Baggers Ltd is not responsible for any delays or consequential losses. No guarantees of delivery are undertaken at any time. Customers should organise their own express service to collect orders where recourse is required, if a deadline is not met. All despatches are ex-works and method of carriage is at The Clever Baggers Ltd.'s discretion. For deliveries to non-E.C. countries, customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc) may be charged on delivery. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. These fees are not included in our shipping charge. We do not refund these fees, shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay these customs fees. Should you return goods where customs fees have been paid, only the cost of your goods may be refunded.

Important - Please Read

All delivery timescales are quoted based on working days. Standard working days are Monday through Friday, not including Public and Bank Holidays. The Clever Baggers will not accept responsibility for failed delivery where the recipient is not available to accept the goods. Any goods which sent on a tracked service which cannot be delivered, shall be returned to the delivery depot for collection at the customers own expense.

Before 10 AM (Next Working Day)

Sent by tracked courier. Delivery will be next working day after despatch between 08:00 - 10:00 to most UK addresses. Delivery to some remote or rural areas may take longer. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery to PO and BFPO Boxes is not possible on this service.

Express Delivery (Next Working Day)

Sent by tracked courier. Delivery will be next working day after despatch between 08:00 - 18:00 to most UK addresses. Delivery to some remote or rural areas may take longer. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery to PO and BFPO Boxes is not possible on this service.

Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days)

Sent by tracked courier. Delivery within 2-3 working days after despatch between 08:00 - 18:00. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery to PO and BFPO Boxes is not possible on this service.

Royal Mail Tracked (2-5 Working Days)

Sent by tracked Royal Mail delivery. Delivery will be between 08:00 - 18:00 to most UK addresses. Delivery to some remote areas may take longer. A signature will be required on delivery.

Saturday Delivery

Sent by a tracked courier. Delivery between 08:00 - 12:00 on the Saturday after it is despatched. A signature will be required on delivery. Delivery to PO and BFPO Boxes is not possible on this service.

International

Orders for international destinations placed Mon-Fri (excluding UK public holidays), will be despatched within 1 working day of order. Delivery will be as per the selected service.

Please ensure that you select the correct country when entering your Shipping Address*, and the available shipping options will be shown to you. Where possible, we offer a choice of economy or express shipping.

EXPRESS shipping is sent by secure courier and will require a signature on delivery

Economy shipping of small orders where the delivery method name states “Airmail” will be delivered by your local postal service. A signature will be required on delivery in most countries. Tracking is available to most but not all countries: this is indicated by the presence or absence of the word “Tracked” in the delivery method name. Larger orders will be sent by secure courier and will require a signature on delivery.

*For customers in the Channel Islands - Please ensure that the country is not set to "United Kingdom". For addresses in Jersey, please select "Jersey". For addresses in Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark please select "Guernsey".

Arrange my own collection

Please select this option only if you wish to either make arrangements yourself for a courier to collect your order from us and deliver it to you, or to collect your order in person from our offices in Welshpool, UK.

If you require us to arrange shipping of your order to you, please do not select this option.

  • A different delivery address can be entered during the checkout process.
  • Deliveries to some rural areas can sometimes take longer to arrive, please bear this in mind when you are selecting your delivery method.
