Christmas Shutdown
Our last day for despatching orders before Christmas 2024 is 20th December. We will do our best to ensure all orders for unprinted goods placed before 1pm on this date are sent.
We will be closed for our festive break 21st December 2024 to 1st January 2025.
Our website will remain open for orders to be placed and print quotes to be requested throughout this period. We will process all requests and orders from 2nd January onwards.
Please allow extra time for despatch in the New Year.

Due to changes in regulations since the UK left the EU, all orders to be shipped to European countries need to be processed manually by our Sales Team rather than through our website.

All delivery timescales are quoted based on working days and are intended as a guide only. No guarantee of delivery dates is undertaken at any time. Our standard working days are Monday through Friday, not including Public and Bank Holidays.
All custom printed items (where we apply your artwork to the plain product) have a print lead time in addition to the delivery time. Our current print lead time is stated in the email containing details of your quote, and in the email you receive after confirming your order. If you require custom printed items for a specific date, please call our Sales Team on 01938 530050.
For orders of plain (unprinted) goods which are required urgently please call our Customer Service Team on 01938 530050 and we will work to pick, check & despatch your order as soon as possible. Please note that due to the time at which our couriers call to collect parcels, we are unable to acheive same day despatch for any order placed after 12 noon, and we do not despatch at weekends. Orders where Saturday Delivery is selected will be despatched on Friday.
Please be aware that during busy periods, delivery timescales may be extended, and specific dates cannot be guaranteed. The Clever Baggers may at their discretion upgrade a delivery method in order to achieve the required delivery timescale.
Where a delivery date is quoted, this is intended as a guide only and although quoted in good faith, The Clever Baggers Ltd is not responsible for any delays or consequential losses on behalf of the courier service. Customers should organise their own express service to collect orders where recourse is required, if a deadline is not met.
For deliveries to non-UK addresses, customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc) may be charged on delivery. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. These fees are not included in our shipping charge. We do not refund these fees, shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay these customs fees. Should you return goods where customs fees have been paid, only the cost of your goods may be refunded.
The Clever Baggers will not accept responsibility for failed delivery where the recipient is not available to accept the goods. Any goods sent on a tracked service which cannot be delivered, shall be returned to the delivery depot for collection at the customers own expense.
