No minimum order
We really do print 1 to a million! We use different printing methods depending on the quantity you want and the complexity of design.
We are based on the Welsh borders in Welshpool, and our lead times range from 3 working days to a couple of weeks, depending on quantity, complexity of design and stock availability. There will be busy times when we may take longer, but let us know when you need your products and we will always try to help.
My design needs some work or I don't have artwork yet
Our Graphic Design team can help with most design queries, and aim to give you the print you want. They have years of experience, and a thorough understanding of all our print methods. We take artwork in EPS, AI, and PDF formats. We can also work with TIFF and JPEG files with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Other formats may be usable, so please send through what you have and we will do our best. Even if you have NO artwork, get in touch, it may be easier than you think!
Can I see what it looks like before you print it?
We will always email you a pdf proof of your design on the product you have chosen, and will not print until you approve in writing. Email is best! This is also why your quote will give you a lead time based on days from approval.
How much will it cost?
If you want an idea of what printing will cost, want costs for several quantities, or if you are looking for someone to print thousands of promotional bags, you can request a quote quickly and easily through our website. We will email you full information within 12 working hours. To get a quote:
- Go to the product you would like printed
- Click on the Get a Quote button
- Complete the simple form fully. Especially check your email address, otherwise you may not receive our quote!
- Let us know of any deadlines, other products you are interested in, or other quantities you would also like quoted in the comments box
- Upload artwork if you have it ready
The Quote email you receive will give you price, proposed print method and lead time.
I am working to a budget
Our best price quote will always be on a natural bag. If you are asking for a quote on a coloured bag, please ask for a quote on the natural one too. We will send both so you can see the difference in cost. For product quantities over 100 the number of colours in your design will also affect the cost.
I just want a rough price
Our prices vary depending on the product, the quantity, artwork and print type. Rather than give you incorrect information we suggest you select a product that suits your requirements (tea towel, drawstring, bag or apron), and ask for quotes on a few unit quantities.
Please note, prices on the web shop are for Plain goods only.
I'd like to know how wonderful it looks before printing
Ask us about how we can help. If you have one bag printed for example, we may use a different method than if we were printing 100, and at a different cost. Get in touch, we will explain the possibilities.
Screen Print - Pigment -Usually quantities of 100 or more
Water based Inks, so very eco friendly
High quality reproduction of fine detail
Excellent on Natural, Cream and White products
Up to nine spot colours, halftones and four colour process
Also for black or metallic printing on coloured bags
Ink is mixed by hand (and eye!) so pantone colours may be matched. If you know the pantone reference you want, please do let us know
Screen Print - Aquaplas -Usually quantities of 100 or more
Water based inks so very eco friendly
Alternative to Plastisol
Best for coloured products
Some limitations on colours and design detail
A base coat of the colour being printed is applied to the product first
Screen Print Plastisol -Usually quantities of 100 or more
For complex designs on strongly coloured products
Four colour process and metallics possible, with fewer restrictions than Aquaplas
A flash white base coat is applied to the product first
Digital Print -For quantities of 1 to 100, or more if this is the most suitable method
For designs with lots of colours and/or photographs
Prints complex designs well
Fixed using heat through a dryer

Heat Transfer (Wax Based) -For small quantities usually
A4 and A3 sizes available

Perfect for White, Natural or Cream products

Flex -For small quantities usually

The flexible fine plastic is cut to shape, unwanted parts (like the centre on an "O") removed, and then the design is applied to the product with heat
Print and Cut -For small quantities usually
Full colour designs printed on a white media (like a printable plastic paper)
The design is cut and applied to the product with heat
Very suitable for coloured and dark bags and aprons
Care Information for Printed Goods
Natural bags (products where the code ends with NL, such as LH-3843-CTNL) -To maintain the natural lustre of the untreated cloth, washing is not recommended. As the fabric has not undergone any bleaching or dying process, the product will shrink. We suggest a gentle sponge clean.
Coloured cotton and canvas bags -Hand wash gently, pull to shape, and dry flat. Iron only on the reverse of the printed cloth with a warm iron.
Tea towels and white aprons -Gentle warm wash, gentle spin, pull to shape and dry flat. Iron only on the reverse of the printed cloth with a warm iron.
Coloured aprons -Very gentle wash, cool rinse, reduced spin, pull to shape and dry flat. Iron only on the reverse of the printed cloth with a warm iron.
