Postage information

We aim to despatch same day for orders taken before 1.30pm Monday to Friday (excepting Bank Holidays).

All possible postage options are shown here. When you place your order, the weight of the goods and the place of delivery will determine the options you are offered.
Where a delivery date is quoted, this is intended only as a guide and although quoted in good faith, The Clever Baggers Ltd is not responsible for any delays or consequential losses. No guarantees of delivery are undertaken at any time. Customers should organise their own express service to collect orders where recourse is required, if a deadline is not met. All despatches are ex-works and method of carriage is at The Clever Baggers Ltd‘s discretion. Order quantities subject to + / - 5% variance. For deliveries to non-E.C. countries, customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc) may be charged on delivery. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. These fees are not included in our shipping charge. We do not refund these fees, shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay these customs fees. Should you return goods where customs fees have been paid, only the cost of your goods may be refunded.

Methods:

Express Delivery ( next working day )

We use Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on the package size and recipient's address. Parcel Force 24 has guaranteed next working day parcel delivery to most UK locations. Requires a signature on receipt. Real time tracking and online electronic signature upon delivery. Maximum weight 30 kg. Special delivery next working day service for a guaranteed delivery of urgent items before 1 pm. Requires a signature on receipt. Maximum weight 10 kg

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days )

Guaranteed Parcel delivery in 2-3 working days to most UK locations. Requires a signature on receipt. Real time tracking and online electronic signature upon delivery. Maximum weight 30 kg

Saver Delivery (4-7 working days )

The Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel for the next working day after posting but can take up to 7 working days depending on location. Maximum weight 2kg. This option is NOT TRACKED. If you are not in, goods may be left with a neighbour, or returned to the sorting office for you to collect. At checkout you can enter a different delivery address where parcels and packets may be more easily accepted. (Was Royal Mail First & Second Class)

Before By 10 AM

Guaranteed Next Working Day Parcel delivery by 10 am to most UK locations. Requires a signature on receipt. Real time tracking and online electronic signatures upon delivery. Maximum weight 30 kg

Saturday Delivery

Guaranteed delivery on a Saturday.

International
Mainland Europe delivery - aims to deliver your parcel in 3 to 8 working days. Requires a signature on receipt, all parcels over 2kg are tracked. Other International options are available, please call if you need more information.

Notes:
- A different delivery address can be entered during the checkout process.
- Deliveries to some rural areas can sometimes take longer to arrive, please bear this in mind when you are selecting your delivery method.
